Personally, our family has visited Berlin and taken the kids on a walking tour that included stopping at Hitler-related sites. My kids were really little then, but a stroller kept them entertained. The last stop for many of these tours is the area where Hitler’s bunker was. The bunker is no longer there, but there is an informative sign about it in the parking lot. The article linked above mentions a replica bunker at Top Secret in Oberhausen, however that museum has closed since the article was written.
