Kids Travel Journal: V is for View
I’ll keep this short.
My intention with this prompt was to get kids to draw what they see outside of their hotel, motel, rental, or tent window. This was meant to be a prompt to complete while the family was getting ready for the start of the day. Or even settling at the end.
Then I thought about it today. The view could be of anything from the trip.
But, now I’m reversing that and recommending that you stick to my original plan. Encourage them to draw the view from their window. I imagine, with time and with more travels, there will be some interesting scenes. Maybe some mountains. Maybe some skylines. Or airports. Or strip malls. Or brick walls. Or staircases. Who knows. Have fun with it, though.
