There aren’t many books, that I’ve found so far, set on a Caribbean Island. The Nutmeg Princess is set on the Isle of Spice, which is based on Grenada. Because of the influence, I decided to keep it in this directory.

 

The author was inspired when asked by a little girl if he knew a story about a black princess. He didn’t, so he wrote one.
